Green anchovies 1

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

½ glass of vinegar

salt and pepper

Desalt the anchovies, remove the bones, fillet them and place them on a large serving plate. In the blender, finely chop the parsley, the hard-boiled egg, the anchovies in oil, salt, pepper and the bread, which you have soaked in vinegar and squeezed.

Mix the bath with the oil and sprinkle the anchovies. Leave to flavor for half a day before serving.
